ZumbaŽ
is a very dynamic and exiting class
full of Latin and exotic music
flavors! The routines feature
aerobic interval training (fitness
interval training) that tone and
sculpt the body while having a good
time. It targets areas such as
gluts, legs, arms, ABS and the most
important muscle in the body, the
heart. It is a mixture of body
sculpting movements with easy to
follow dance steps, so you don’t
have to know to dance to ZumbaŽ
and at the end still get the results
you want.

principles of fitness interval
training and resistance training to
